Temperature Sensor Error: Unplug from power and check the wire harness on the temperature sensor. Replace the wire harness if it is defected or replace the temperature sensor if no defects found with wire harness.

Freezer Temperature Sensor Error: Unplug from power and check the wire harness on the freezer temperature sensor. Replace the wire harness if it is defected or replace the temperature sensor if no defects found with wire harness.

Temperature Controlled Drawer Temperature Sensor Error: Unplug the fridge from power and remove the temperature-controlled drawer. You can find the temperature sensor on the right side of the refrigerator compartment liner. Check for any loose wires and reconnect any back to the wire harness. Replace the wire harness if it is damaged. If the wire harness is not damaged, replace the temperature-controlled drawer temperature sensor. 

Control Board Failure: Unplug the fridge for 3 minutes to reset the control board. If the code is still displayed, the control board must be replaced. 

Display Control Module Error: Unplug the refrigerator for 3 minutes to reset the display control. If the code E11 is still displayed, the display control module must be replaced. 

Ambient Temperature Sensor Error: The ambient temperature sensor is an internal component of the display module. Unplug the fridge for 3 minutes and plug back in to reset the display module. If the code E15 is still shown, the display control must be replaced. 

Communication Error Between Display Board and Control Board Module: Unplug the refrigerator and check all wiring between the display board and control board. Replace the wire harness if it is defective or damaged. If no damage is found, check both the display board and control board for visible damage such as burnt spots. Replace either part that is found to be damaged.

Communication Error Between Control Board and Ice/Water Dispenser Control:  Unplug the fridge from power and reconnect any loose wires on the wire harness on the control board and the ice/water dispenser control module. Replace the wire harness if damaged. If no damage is found, check the control module and ice/water dispenser module for any noticeable damage such as burnt spots. Replace the part that is found to have visible damage.

Power Module Failure: If any of these codes are displayed, the bosch dishwasher will immediately lock the power down so that it can be repaired by a certified technician. 

Door Error: Check for any obstructions blocking the door from properly closing and locking. If no obstructions are found, the door switch or sensor must be replaced. 

Fan Error: There is an issue with the fan, you will likely notice that your dishes are still wet when the cycle is complete. Check the fan's wiring harness for any loose connections. Replace the wiring harness if damaged. If no damage found, the fan will need to be replaced. 

Water Not Covering Heating Element: If the water is covering the heating element, there is likely a problem with the heating element or water pump. 

Water Not Heating: Check to see that there is lime built up on the heating element. Check the wiring harness on the heating element and replace any loose wires. If noticeable damage, replace the wire harness. If no damage found, the heating element will need to be replaced.

Thermostat or Temperature Sensor Error: Check the wiring harness on the temperature sensor and replace any loose connections. Check the harness for damage and replace it if needed. Replace the temperature sensor if no damage is found with the wiring and the harness. 

Water Temperature Heating Above 75C: Make sure that your incoming water is coming from the cold water pipe and not the hot water pipe. If the cold water is hooked up, the thermostat will need to be replaced. 

Dishwasher Base Leaking Water: Drain the water from the dishwasher and check for any leaks. This issue usually requires a certified technician to ensure that no further damage is caused to your home surrounding the dishwasher. 

Water Inlet Valve Error: Turn off the water and check to make sure that the inlet valve is properly connected. Turn the power off to reset the control board, this should clear the error. If the error is not cleared, your dishwasher requires a service technician.

Water Level Too High: When the water level is too high, this error code will appear as your dishwasher is at high risk of overflowing. Check to ensure that the drain is clear of any blockages. If no blockages found, the sensor will need to be replaced. 

Insufficient Water Supply: Check to make sure that the inlet water valve is turned on. If it is on, replace the inlet valve as it is faulty. 

Electrical Short or Breaker Out: Check wiring between the pump and motor. Replace any loose connections. If no damage is found to the wiring, replaced the pump or motor.

Blockage of Circulating Pump: Check to make sure that the circulating pump is free of any obstructions. Replace the pump if no obstructions are found.

Electrical Short or Breaker Out: Check wiring between the pump and motor. Replace any loose connections. If no damage is found to the wiring, replaced the pump or motor.

Draining Problem: Check the drain for blockages and clean the draining filters. This error code can also point to an error with the drain pump.

Water Switch/Regulator is Faulty: Check the wiring harness on the water switch and replace any loose connections. Replace the water switch if no issues found with the wiring and wiring harness.

Turbidity Sensor Error: If there is an issue with the turbidity sensor you will notice that the dishes are not quite clean and that there will be some debris left in the tub. Replace the turbidity sensor.

Door is Open: If the door is not open, unplug the washer and check for any loose wires on the door lock assembly harness. Replace the wire harness if damaged. If no damage, replace the door lock assembly. 

Door Lock Relay Will Not Activate: Unplug the washer for 3 minutes and see if the code clears. If the code still appears, replace the control module.

Water Temperature Sensor Failure: Unplug the washer from power and reconnect any loose wires on the water temperature sensor (also referred to as Negative Temperature Coefficient [NTC]). If the wires are okay, replace the water temperature sensor.

Unexpected Water Heating: When the water begins to be heated without the control module activating it, this error code will appear. Unplug the washer from power and check the heater for visible damage. Replace the heater if it is damaged. If the heater is not damaged, replaced the control module as the relay that controls the heater is likely stuck in the ON position. 

Heating Time Exceeded: This means the heater is not turning off. Turn off the power and check the heater for noticeable damage. Replace the heater if it is damaged. If it is not damaged, replace the control module as the relay that controls the heater is likely stuck in the ON position. 

Communication Error Between the Control Module and Motor Control Board: Unplug the washer and check for any loose wires on the control module and the motor control board. Replace wire harness if damaged. If no damage, replace the motor control board. In some cases, the control module may need to be replaced. 

Water Fill Time Exceeded: Check to make sure that both water supply valves are fully open. If it is winter, check to see if the water lines are freezing. Check the drain system for a blockage. If no issues are found by this point, the water inlet valve likely needs to be replaced.

Drain Time Exceeded: Check to see if there are any obstructions blocking the washer from draining. If no issues found, check the filter and clean it/replace it. If no issues found in the draining system, the drain pump is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.

Overfill Level Reached: If the washer is not overfilled with water, the pressure switch will need to be replaced. If the washer is overfilled, shut off the water supply valves behind the washer. The drain pump runs continuously when this code appears and should pump out all of the water. Unplug the washer from power and open the water supply valves, if the washer fills with water when unplugged, the water inlet valve assembly will need to be replaced.

Aquastop Error: The Aquastop float will trip if water is leaking into the base of the washer cabinet. Unplug the washer from power and check for water in the base of the washer. If water is present, the leak will have to be located and repaired. If the base of the cabinet is not filled with water, check for a foreign object stuck under the float. If no obstructions are found, replace the Aquastop float switch.

Spin Cycle Terminated: Either the spin cycle has ended because of a severely unbalanced load or because of a communication error between the motor control module and the main control board. If the load was unbalanced, manually balance the load. If the load was balanced and still will not spin, turn off the power and check for any loose connections with the wires on the control module and the motor control module. Replace the wiring harness if damaged. If no damage, replace the motor control or control module.

Excessive Foam Detected: Make sure you are using the proper amount of high-efficiency (HE) detergent in your washer. Most loads will only need 1 tablespoon of HE detergent due to the reduced water level in the washer. 

Power Supply Error: Make sure that the washer is plugged in. If so, check to make sure there is power by plugging in a small appliance or light into the electrical outlet. If that does not work, the outlet will need to see an electrician. If the outlet works, unplug the washer and reconnect any loose wires on the control module. If the power cord or outlet plug is damaged, replace it.

Door Lock Blocked: The door lock may of overheated because of repeated attempts to lock or unlock the door. Check the lock assembly for any damage or for an object blocking it. If the door lock assembly is damaged, replace it.
